“Make a Mask” will be the theme of the upcoming children’s art workshop at RHINO Gallery. This is the eighth in new series of monthly events for children. RHINO artists Margo Manning and Chris Menconi will be on hand to help kids of all ages make mixed-media Halloween masks.
